Immoral most definitely

So an Indian citizen who lives in the UK and pays tax on her shareholding in India is acting immorally?

I understand the animosity towards the Tories but it seems like a witchhunt when you read these threads.
How would you know she's paying tax in India? She may have all of her investments offshore and not paying any tax at all.
