4 4 2 or 5 3 2 for me. The defence needs shoring up or protecting and we need 2 forwards on to get the best of the chances we do make.
 
Couldn’t agree more. Sat in the North Stand it was clear that we surrendered the first 49 yards on the pitch and also left huge holes where the right and left backs should be.
Took us 35 minutes and 3 goals to change it.
Well, it too CW that long. The rest of us saw it after 5 minutes.
 
Sticking to a system is great when you are winning games and up at the top of the table, as we seen with Karanka. Unfortunately for Wilder his system isn’t working and we are only going one way. I think he’s too stubborn to change it though, and that will ultimately be what leads to him getting the sack.

Spot on - great managers realise and recognise when things aren’t working ultimately finding another way (in this case having a plan B/trying a different shape) however Wilder will be too stubborn to change things.
