It still hurts doesn't it? Hurts on so many fronts, but specifically both our incompetence in not getting it clear from the Premier League that we could postpone the game and then the harsh way the Premier League and FA dealt with us over a mix up that was as much their fault as ours....even angrier ten years later when the FA refused to deduct West Ham points for cheating as it 'would hurt the fans' :mad:

Yeah the West Ham situation was a disgrace and I don't think Sheff Utd fully recovered from it we haven't never fully recovered even now from it neither have we and as I say this was 25 years ago!

Where my sympathy doesn't lie is Chelsea, asking for the game to be postponed this week, they've got about 30 players out on loan? An academy winning the Youth Cup regularly and they say they haven't got any players? Wonder what would happen if a club it now (taking covid as an excuse out the way)

If we stayed up that season I mean...
