Not sure exactly. I don't, but I'm sure you CAN, it might just not be great for the bike. Though, from my personal experience so far, I'd say its easier to have a bike on your trainer that you don't necessarily want to use much in real life, just makes it easier.Yeah this would help with the contact issue, but not the sweating!
Honestly mate, its a ball ache. Thats why I've pretty much taken the time off the bike to let things settle down. Its improving now, so I am going to be getting back on it soon, aiming for March but will have to see.
Question on the zwift / turbo in general, can you use them with a CF frame? I've read contrasting information and Canyon (my bike manufacturer) state not to use it on one!
