2 Tier Premier League

I was just having a glance at the Premier league table and noticed the form of the bottom 6 clubs. In the last 6 games for all (so 6 x 6 = 36 games in total) there is only 1 win between the lot of them.

1 out of 36.

Those 6 teams include sides who absolutely walked the Championship. And it also includes teams who have broken the spending limits in an attempt to stay up. What an absolutely miserable time those supporters must be having.

I know that we want to get promotion, as do most of the Championship, but this is the reality of what going up will be like for anyone lucky enough to go up.

It's even worse than that.

Over the last 10 none of them have won more than 1. 5 wins in total.

People think Luton have done well but they have 2 wins against teams outside the bottom 6. Burnley and Sheffield have 1 each.

Most of the points those teams at the bottom have got have been taken from each other.

Chasing promotion is completely understandable from a money perspective, but as a fan who wants to enjoy seeing the team do well it is a double-edged sword.

Our last season in the PL under Karanka wasn't exactly full of fond memories.

We've got less than 30 points in both the last 2 seasons we've been in the division and that's over 15 seasons. It's not going to be much different to that.

For me it's all about the day out, seeing some live football and actually trying to win a game of football.....👍

At least we have that currently 👍

Sheff Wed didn't try to win that game yesterday and plenty of times under Karanka in the Prem we didn't either....sucks the life out of you 😕

Fair play to your Nobby. At your age you probably don't even remember the games and yet you still keep a sunny outlook on things. You're an inspiration.
