I have to say this story is such a sad tale for both who lost their life...
But the pursuit of profit over safety is only truly scrutinised when someone dies.
He probably didn't feel he was committing an imprisonable offence but he knew there were flaws with the pilots qualifications and death resulted
Unacceptable.
He has paid a price but this is only fair to raise awareness across the world and save people from such an awful death
