B Boro in Devon Well-known member Oct 1, 2022 #6 Played one in my local shop, the sound is very rich and is enjoyable to strum. However I couldnt see how much I would play it. I bought a six string bass, now that is fun to play in a variety of ways, however you do need very strong hands.
