Browne definitely. My first choice for us this summer.
Cannon, I'm on the fence. I have seen reports that he could play as a second striker in which case, yes. If not, it feels like we would struggle to put him in the same team as Latte Lath. However, if it is a loan with option to buy at a fixed price then I can see Cannon being willing to fight for a place.
Thomas. I get off vibes about him. I'm also not sure he fits the skill set Carrick is looking for. He seems to prefer his wide forwards to score goals more than assist. So he's a no from me.

Three different from me.
1. Tim Iroegbunam. Likely available on one of Villa's dodgy buy now and maybe we'll buy him back deals.
2. Zian Flemming. Can play as a striker or second striker/#10.
3. Delano Burgzorg. Wildcard option spent the season on loan at Huddersfield. Can play wide left or up front.

Actually, thinking about it, probably not as the list is about 23 players too short and is missing the Kazakhstan Premier League footballer of the year.

Nah, I think it’ll be people most of us hadn’t heard of a few months ago. Although I’m sure Canon will be on our list.

I would take Browne and Thomas , alternatives for me
1-Juninho Bacuna/ Jordan James / John Lundstram / Connor Barron
2-Tyrese Dolan / Femi Azeez / Danny Armstrong / Ruel Sotiriou
3- Ollie Mcburnie / Mika Biereth / Jay Stansfield / Ike Ugbo
 
We were definitely a lop sided team last season....
Everything came down the right, mainly down to Jones....
We need to find a similar threat from the left
Part of the reason we scored so many last season with Giles able to supply from that side

Can we find a good left winger ?.

I think we'll sign random players who none of us have heard of - like Van Den Berg, Rogers (to some extent), Silvera, Engel...

I'd like us to go down to players who excelled in league 1:
1. Herbie Kane (free transfer)
2. Kwame Poku / Femi Azeez
3. Ruel Sotiriou (backup to Latte Lath)

All good options. Iroegbunam would be a good sigoing.

I like the lad who played on loan at Blackpool last season Karamoko Dembele, contracted to Brest. 21 year old, twinkle toes dribble monster, with pace and an eye for a pass. Can play as a 10 or on either wing. Cheaper than Fleming who will cost about 6m

Feels like a similar signing to Rogers. Highly rated when he was really young, things haven't quite worked out for him. Could be perfect for "the model". If we did go down that route I would still like another option as well.

Realistically we're replacing 2 players in the attacking midfield positions. Greenwood, Rogers and Crooks have gone and only Azaz came in. We know from this season the importance of having a deep squad
 
In midfield I'd love Alan Browne he'd be absolutely ideal especially on a free.

Attacking Midfield as competition for Azaz Thrys Dolan. Again another free

Up front I'd sign Oli Mcburnie. In the same mould as Ayling, again quality on a free.

Shouts here also for Karamoko Dembele & Kwame Poku

Liam Millar who was on loan at PNE last season could do well for us.

yes, I think we have Dieng, Lenihan, Clarke, Fry, Howson, Ayling as our first team experience. I'd go young again, and worst case we don't go up and we sell another for 15m
 
If be surprised if the potential issues McBurnie has would be overlooked by our recruitment. Character is one of the main factors so as not to disrupt a harmonious team (aka Azaz, O'Brien and Ayling)

Yes, ideally I think Silvera and Gilbert go out and get game time for the first 6 months.

That would leave us McGree, Azaz, Jones, and Forss. for the 3 roles behind the CF. We definitely need another 2. 1x numbre 10, 1x LW. We could even get one that covers CF, such as Stansfield or Canon who can play 9 or deeper/wider.
 
I’m warming to the idea of Dembele. Still only 21, signed for Brest on a free, so i don’t think they’d be asking crazy money.

Maybe a couple of mill with a healthy sell-on
