Wish him well at Villa.

Kind of feels like we had a player on a 6 month loan, he's done quite well but gone elsewhere when the deal has ended (apart from the £8-16m in the bank.......)
 
Like everyone, would have loved for him to stay much longer and created more memories. As it is, we are left with a player who we thought had good potential but only showed it for us in moments, rather than over the course of a full game. Shame but we've probably got a fair fee based on what he has done.
 
Gutted we aren't going to see him develop at our club. Feel there is a special player there and as others have said he seems grounded and a good pro.

Fear he has taken a jump too quickly but hope he goes on to have a great career
 
All above board, wish him all the best, I just really hope for his sake he gets game time ... by the same token, with a short career, if you don't take your shots etc ...
 
Always came across well during his short stint here. Hope he kicks on for his own good, and we rake in those add-ons.

I wish him well, clearly a talented player. Once he learns to concentrate on keeping this simple when needed and not always being concerned with trying the sexy stuff he’ll be a very good footballer
 
Can't stop the lad from moving to a established top half prem side, good luck to him. We got decent money for him but need to spend it on a striker now
