    Riley McGree

Glad to hear they have identified a possible reason for our injuries, never seen so many long term absentees as we have had this season. Let’s hope the pitch changes make the difference

    Dijksteel, O'Brien, Thomas, Silvera

I would keep O’Brien depending on cost, not one to push the boat out on but I think he has had some really good games and especially after his injury. Dijksteel and Thomas very poor and need to be convinced about Silvera, it is still early stages for him. I thought Howson struggled last night...

ITV 4 now, Auf Weidersein Pet

I have lost count of how many times I have watched all of the series, my wife goes mad because I quote it before they say it😂 the first 2 series are the classics but I enjoyed them all. “Oz man, he was only going for a tandoori chicken”.

    * The Unofficial "Official" Boro v Southampton [03/24] Match-Day Thread *

Does Engel realise what colours we are playing in? Dreadful

    Early Retirement.

I retired 12 months ago approaching 57 and have enjoyed it after having a really busy management role. Play golf and like doing a bit of running and cycling. I also do a bit of work on a committee I am involved with. I think it’s different for every person so do what works for you. Some people...

I think Carrick is on the brink

Our transfer windows combined with injuries has left us with a number of players that are not good enough to start in the first 11. I get “the model” but apart from a couple of notable exceptions the bargain basement approach has not worked for us. It was clear we were lacking in January but...

🐙Cut your energy bills nearly in half with Octopus Tracker

Great thanks, the reimporting set up the right gas tracker info as I had the wrong one in. Really helpful as always and much appreciated 👍

🐙Cut your energy bills nearly in half with Octopus Tracker

Yes just to get the right updated tracker calculations in Octo-Aid 👍

🐙Cut your energy bills nearly in half with Octopus Tracker

Could you just clarify the tariff information we should use in the October-Aid app. The electric seems to be working but the gas seems to be different rates to those on the gas tracker site. I have set both tariffs as the electric December 2023 tariff in October-aid. TIA

🐙Cut your energy bills nearly in half with Octopus Tracker

On the Octo-Aid app I have changed the tracker. It seems to be pulling in the slightly higher electricity price but not the gas price at the moment. So Electric showing 17.2 which was 15.3 under July tracker but Gas has remained at 3.5 when it looks like it should be 3.8. Is there something else...

Renewal Announcement - 30th March Deadline

Am I out of sink in thinking why isn’t the end of April a realistic deadline? Are they worried about the risk our play off hopes could be just about over and this will affect sales? Still awful wording with no recognition for fans commitment in difficult times

Steve Gibson your time is up!!

Whilst I do recognise the contribution Steve Gibson puts in to the club it would be interesting to see why he thinks our season ticket prices need to be more expensive than most other Championship clubs and why the deadline needs to be so early. Whilst the 24/25 price rise is not out of line...

Is Josh Coburn the man for the striker's job?

I think if we could have a fully fit Latte Lath and Josh Coburn for the remaining games then we have reasonable options rather than outstanding ones. The problem is we don’t and we just can’t rely on them. Carrick is quite obviously nursing Coburn through the season and Lath still not fit. Lath...

    Desperate for a striker now

I think if we are serious about promotion we need a striker even if these two are fit. Coburn‘s effort cannot be faulted and he is still developing but he is just not good enough at the moment for side with promotion aspirations, in my opinion. A striker is essential in this window but it is...

    Marske United - Saturday

Not like a Stockton Town fan to stick the boot in to Marske!🤔 I don’t know all the facts but from what I have picked up: The previous Chairman oversaw a lot of success but in the last season gave the management team a budget to work on which was based on inaccurate forecasts and the club found...

    Carrick after match comments

I heard the interview and your comments, as always thought you were very fair. I think most fans understand it is hard for Carrick at the moment, a lot of injuries to key players and little on the bench to call in. Some very poor performances tonight and whilst I get Carrick doesn’t want to...

Whats going on at Marske United?

Yes I am one of a few volunteers who will be collecting donations prior to the match. Tough time to be fund raising but anything people can donate will be really appreciated to try and keep the club going

    The Boat

Thought it was bizarre but really good and a bit different to run of the mill. Cross Pulp Fiction with Lock Stock and a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory narration was my summary

    Just not our day

Agree with most of this. The overload was caused a lot by Greenwood, lost count of how many times he came running back too late when he realised his man was long gone

    Silvera

I try not to judge players too quickly because there are a few examples where initially players didn’t look good enough only to mature in to very good starting/squad players. There are also examples where they have turned out not to be good enough, something that is inevitable in the approach we...
