Today’s “Boro 4” payment?!

Anyone else’s bank declined the automated transaction for their 2nd instalment of the Boro 4 payment scheme today? Mine and a mate’s have both failed due to merchant not being recognised 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
 
My payment also declined, put same card details in again and within minutes received email stating payment successful, strange!!
 
My payment has never gone through how does one do this on the ticket site. Am I meant to receive an email or something?
 
Better not be an Admin fee on this...

You should get an email if it fails. I would check first though.
Ah I just checked banking app no payment taken but have got no emails from the club Idk then you go onto the boro ticketing site says you owe this amount but doesn't give a way to pay
 
Yep, I have received the email too, only MFC could make a pigs ear of something that should be so simple and easy to set up.
 
Declend mine as well. Tried again with another card and sorted. Probably happen again next month.

can’t see how to pay manually. Can those who have managed give directions in to to this please?

Just incase anyone else gets this, they are looking into a system issue with some people’s payments not being taken, when I called this morning I was asked to just drop it across in an email so they can add it to the list of people affected
Dropped it here as might Save you a phone call if it happens to you, just email ticket@mfc.co.uk with you season card number and that your payment hasn’t been taken.

I got the email this morning about mine and my Dad said he had the same email yesterday.

Can someone clarify what's going on and if we need to actually do anything given what someone said above about the club knowing there's a problem and they're looking into it etc?
