In the champo I'd think you probably should have 25% ish spare seats. Otherwise it shows your stadium is too small.

Yes, Leeds is a rugby league city really. They only turn up at the football when they are in the top flight or looking like getting promoted. I think Leeds Utd are pretty badly supported.
