So was the holiday supposed to be this year, and they moved it to next year? But have since given you your deposit back?
if you don't want the alternative dates then tell them it's not your problem and keep your money.
I doubt they'd take you to court over the loss of a deposit. Don't pay them.

Repeat prescriptions I just do about a week before i need them via the Boots website who contact the GP for authorisation.
Their fat old Burberry wearing Neanderthals come up to Boro hell bent on trouble.... and that trouble consists of them walking in a group to the stadium, gesturing and making idle threats and pretending they've 'done us over'.... It's about as scary as my nan.
There's still some dirty old pubs in the kings cross area, just not immediately. You need to walk a few streets over.
The Skinners Arms on Judd Street is still a decent and proper pub, and McGlynns on Whidborne Street is a cracker. Irish pub, but like having a pint in someone's front room. :)...
