William assaulted Harry...

OK but were you ripping jewellery off any of them in your 30s because you didn't get on with their partners?
It's a sign of emotional immaturity for a 37 year old to behave like that, but then I would suspect it's fairly natural for someone who has spent his whole life thinking he is special to behave in such a way. Monarchs have been known for violent outburst throughout the centuries. They are used to getting their own way and not being challenged.

He should be thankful ex-squaddie Harry didn't give him a beating!

No one on this thread is saying how 'dignified' of Harry it was not to dish out some whoop ass.

William has done well to maintain a dignified silence throughout this and I expect him to continue to do so following this latest 'shock revelation' from Harry.
haha

What dignified silence? What are you on about.

Are you not aware that any "royal sources say..." comments are ALWAYS comments direct from the monarchy? The vagueness of the term "royal sources say" is purely to create plausible deniability.

According to Harry? Who only shares the same mother with William and absolutely nothing else.

Except it’s a matter of public record that Jason Knauf provided evidence in the copyright lawsuit between (Meghan and the Mail on Sunday). He did so on behalf of ANL, publisher of the Mail on Sunday, while he was the chief executive of William and Kate’s Royal Foundation.
It doesn’t take a gigantic leap of faith to come to the conclusion that it is likely that William would have been aware that one of his key aides was about to give evidence against his brother’s wife on behalf of the gutter press. Nor is it a stretch to think that he would have been unable to proceed in giving eveidence without William’s approval.

It should not be forgotten that Meghan was successful in her lawsuit.
Further, an appeals court rejected a bid by the Mail on Sunday to take it to a trial.

Anyway, the point I am making is just that William has not been the silent innocent party in any of this. He’s just been more crafty, devious and less transparent in his role in the feud.

Completely unrelated…Jason Knauf has just been made a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order in the New Years Honours. This is an honour ‘in the Kings gift’ that is bestowed upon individuals independently of Downing Street.

To be fair Mart he did keep a dignified silence when dicking around behind his wifes back!

Any family feud played out in the public eye is unedifying and grim, I've said it before and I'll say it again both parties have blame and neither side has displayed dignity, on a personal level it's sad that a family is falling apart but you would hope someone, somewhere would play the adult and try to stop this disintegrating further.

Their differences may never be settled but to continue to air dirty laundry in public is certainly going to make any reconciliation or reparation harder in the future.

I'm not a Republican as such but do believe in a devolved and streamlined Monarchy and a transfer of assets from the Windsor's private wealth to the State, the tourism they attract would not be affected but our outlay and control greatly increased, Versailles attracts nearly 3 times more tourists annually than the Tower of London, UK's most visited Royal attraction, and is an example of how the attraction of history is not diminished by change.

"There were 3 people in this marriage".

There were more than that, and the extra numbers were hers

Either way, the whole thing is a circus and I'm more interested in the bread.
She ended up in a box, no one else did, so maybe she had a point all along.
