well sheff utd were already warning people off him after his run but we took a chance on him and got exactly what they said we we would get. At the time with it just being a one off you tend to think its a bit of both sides and mostly about results.
I'm certain its well documented and known between owners what he was like at our club, so no doubt he is quickly dropping down the food chain as think alot of the football world outside our club knows we wouldn't of sacked him the way we did unless there was serious issues and I'm certain Gibbo would let any would be employers know what he thought of the man before they employed them.
Be a brave man to give him another crack of the whip with the better teams in the league or premier league as he wants so bad.
Wigan do right, I'm sure he would keep them from going down, but what's the odds soon as there's a better job he takes it or tries to again. Going to be a desperate team take him on, if he had been less pig headed and concentrated at the job at hand and results didn't go his way but there was that much of a fall out, then maybe he would of only just been sacked for the break, or if he still got sacked when he did I think he would of at least got a job like WBA out of it, he's not going to get them chances without over performing again and I'd still be wary as a club owner where his loyalties would lie
