Sorry to be a doom monger but i think we might get beat on Sunday

Yeah I’m not holding out too much hope either, but I don’t particularly rate Wilder. Still going though!
 
If we start mcgree howson crooks as the midfield 3 then I think you might be right.

You never know though, hopefully it all just clicks into place, we really need a win to get our season started.
 
Our midfield has been getting overrun by the better teams since Leadbetter’s legs went at the end of the season when we went up, we’ve been needing to sort it since then!
 
Tough game we could easily lose followed by another tough game away to Stoke.

We could quite easily be going away to Reading next week with 1 point on the board.
 
We usually bounce back after a defeat especially if we back at home. Think we will have a steely determination to get our first win
 
I think we will struggle tomorrow too, but I am confident in Wilder. He has not been provided with the players we need offensively yet though. He is overseeing a badly needed clear out. Mowatt is no Tav, so we are weaker in midfield imho. Up front, we desperately need 2 goalscorers. I really believe IF we get the right quality we will be top 6 (Over to you Gibbo). Top 2 though is not gonna happen, i don’t now envisage. Wilder needs the ammunition that has proven quality, not hopeful bargain bin maybe’s.

I’m a realist - the way i see it is we are unbalanced and lacking in a cutting edge. I’m optimistic we can change that with the right signings, but as things stand i think we’re likely to be exposed by the stronger teams at the moment. Hopefully the team can prove me wrong on Sunday and Sheffield have an absolute stinker !
 
I think our wing backs jn Giles and Jones are the best in the league.

Fry will be LCB and Mcnair and Dijksteel will be back out. Then they be mowatt in midfield for mcgree I think. Then Akpom and forss up front. We should do alright

The beauty of being realist is you are never disappointed
 
If we dither about like usual in the first 20 minutes we'll be 2 goals down. Need to start strong. This means not taking short goal kicks and playing out from the back. Sheff utd are too strong for us to do this. Get it up the field and then start playing.
 
All the best teams play the ball out from the back rather than hoofing the ball up the field to be fair.
 
Can't see any good reason why we can't come to an agreement that allows both sides to win. They get three points and so do we and everyone goes home happy. We should do that every week.

Can anyone help me with this, by the way? I bought a doom ages ago and I haven't got around to mongering it yet. I've lost the instructions and I've never mongered a doom before. I don't know how to do it. One of you lot must know the best technique for mongering a doom.
