27% of Brits think Johnson is honest

I've had a neighbour blank me since I tore Johnson his >100th ásshole for his performance. Don't like the woman anyway but she insinuated to my wife from across the road that I was being unfair in the circumstances.
Prepare for another opening Johnson...

I can understand the apathy around MP's honesty, it is not uncommon for someone to hold a belief that they all lie, accurate or otherwise. But for 27% to report they think he is honest is ludicrous. They must never read a paper, watch the news. Even if you read the daily mail you would be aware of lies.

We really need parliamentary reform, and not of the Cummins flavour. It should be criminal to lie to the house.

Newy, I don't think people are necessarily thick. Alan Sugar thinks the government are doing a sterling job, for example. I think lots of people are politically uneducated, and take a slight interest every 4 or 5 years, and that is it.

Our democracy is at the core of our society, yet politics is not a mandatory subject in schools, madness.

I'm not sure Alan Sugar does think that, regardless of what he says. He's not an idiot but like a number on here he's unwilling to portray them in a bad light. It's basically dishonesty.
