Hoping for a Luton win?

Maybe better if Hatters win ... Means Fulham need to win at Sheff for title? Cherries need to win both games for this to happen ....starting with Forest tuesday at home .... Not sure what is best?
Totally agree with you and it’s what I said to a few mates
And forest get dented with a defeat against a rival which can only benefit us because we’ll be playing forest over 2 games if it’s us.

Funny things happen on the final day, sometimes a team with nothing to play for can play with a freedom against a team that freezes on the big occasion.
The final day of the season under Bruce Rioch against Leicester immediately springs to mind.
I've an inkling Luton may be the team that miss out.

Text a Hull mate ST holder. Asked him what he thought of Reading. Basically he said it was their most comfortable win of the season and Reading hadn't officially secured safety that afternoon either.

Hoping Reading beat Luton wearing snorkels is a bit forlorn but its a funny old game. Our best hope is Fulham.

They beat Sheff United couple games before that too. All we need for them is to draw if Fulham beat Luton by a couple and obviously us to win. Who knows

Our best hope by far is Fulham
They will not want to be beaten on the final day of the season at home in front of the fans cheering them onto the premiership therefore I expect them to give sheff utd a seeing to.
Sheff utd are no great shakes as a QPR team nearly took them out the other night

Yes I know they did but crucially when they had something to fight for. The only thing they want to fight for now is a plane seat to The Costas

True, but I would still have both possibilities rather than just the 1 which some people are trying to make the claim for

Fulham only need one point to win the Championship, even assuming Bournemouth win both their games.

I agree that even Fulham with nothing to play for will be more dangerous than your average championship team.

Sheff Utd did look very good against QPR but QPRs defence was a complete shambles.

Fulham battering Luton is indisputably the best outcome.

It will restore Fulham's confidence after a bad run of form whilst denting Luton's and gives us a chance of leapfrogging two teams on the final day.

Fulham have lost 3 of their last 5 games, if they lose today, making it 4 defeats in their last 6 isn't going to help their motivation for the last game of the season.

I'm expecting Forest to beat Bournemouth tomorrow, which would confirm the title for Fulham anyway and that would negate any reasoning for wanting Luton to win today.

100 % Fulham to batter Luton put them under pressure knowing they have to beat Reading last game which is bit of a local darby, fancy Reading for a draw at least
