Second best everywhere against a top two team.
All credit to Tony Mowbray. He has put a lot of work into that team.
It's just one game though.
Blackburn got beat by Hull and they came back from it.
Chris Wilder will be furious with that performance.
I think it will be better against Coventry.

Trouble is we are trying to integrate two new strikers and that isn't surprising that we saw a disjointed performance up top.

We go again on Saturday
 
We had to get beat sooner or later. Blackburn are no mugs and were well up for it tonight. The medical emergency disrupted our flow, glad the fella or lady is ok.

The big test is how we react to the defeat at the next game.
 
As for penalties. Blackburn kick heads off and dont get one against them so foul on jones being waved away doesnt surprise me.

As long as we bounce back. We weren’t great tonight, but did more than enough to get something out of the game.

I actually thought the referee ruined what was a competitive and physical game by booking nearly every player on the pitch.

I‘d like to see Balogun given a start on Saturday.
 
We had to lose sometime, I have confidence CW will get us into the playoffs

We started off badly tonight & ended up losing a game we could & should have won, dispite our performance, but when you think how much we've improved since November & where we are at present, lets not let one defeat mask all the good work

Coventry is a big game
 
69% possession. Wow! Would’ve been the opposite a few months ago.

You really can’t fault the effort of the players tonight and Wilder is very bold in going for it when we go behind. I thought we deserved something from the game, but we have to just move on and get the 3 points on Saturday.
