Just sack him now.

He’s coming on Sky next. Who’s he going to blame? My money is on Jones. He won’t touch Tavernier or Crooks.
Quite a fair assessment from him to be fair. Said we got bullied for a 10 minute period 2nd half and need to have that nastiness about us. Criticised Tav and Crooks for sloppy play leading to their goals.

Mentioned that we should have two penalties of course.

Anyone else jumped ship tonight? It's never too late to admit you were wrong to back Warnock.

He's a busted flush, hasn't got the players fit enough to play 90 mins, and we fell apart again in the second half. He asks too much from physically them because we generally have poor possession allowing us to get a breath. IT's the flip side of being counter attacking you have to be ultra fit to keep compact without the ball and to get up and support the attacks.

We got bullied second half, and were just not organised as a team to cope with any kind of pressure.

The bullishness of "3 wins on the trot and 6th in the table" has utterly evaporated, and we are now 14th and we have lost 5 of 9. We have West Brom away net which I think could be Warnocks final game. Then Millwall who are organised and physical. We're sliding and I don't see how Warnock will stop it.

Get him out, get someone new in with more technical and tactical football to suit the players we have.

Warnock isn't going to go until the end of the season, he'll do his retirement act with a mid table finish. Only thing we can do is get behind the lads so they don't down tools due to the uncertainty and we can at least hope to finish higher than that. All being said, we're a side playing with individuals performing well rather than as a unit. 3 or 4 solid Championship players away from that changing in my view.

Paddy and Howson are on good salaries as are Tav and Dael.
We could reel in some wonga from three of those - my only concern is we probably will.
No loyalty in football.
Everyone has their price - no matter if they signed a contract last week or last year.

or we could get someone in to manage them properly and get them to play to their quality level
Tav and McNair have indisputably played their best football at the club under Warnock and have shown in that time they do have the potential to play at a higher level than the Championship. Warnock isn't necessarily the issue, him prematurely announcing retirement is. Players have downed tools worrying about their own futures (as anyone would under a new and unfamiliar boss) and there's no real room for Warnock to recover that. Way to deal with it is to ensure we have a replacement lined up and available to the squad whilst Warnock is still managing it, to allow for a comfortable transition period whilst the players can still feel at ease and perform to their natural ability.

Paddy was terrible today. He was LCH and disappeared on numerous occasions.
We should have been 2-1 down at half time due to them targeting our weakness at LB LCH.
Bamba played well , apart from the goal where he marked a player who had no interest in getting the ball leaving a free header for the biggest threat on the pitch .
Bamba should always know to go for the ball , not the man . Experience ?

He doesn’t have 3 of the worst sides in the league coming up to save him this time
Really odd to not want him to succeed and write him off, to be plain. I as stated above have concerns about how we've handled Warnock's self-proclaimed retirement season, but no one would want this season to end in a top six finish more than I would. I will always want every Boro manager to do well with the squad available to him.
