I rate Tav he has the ability to unlock defences when's on the ball going forward and can pick a pass. But as I said before his shooting and decision to shoot rather than play someone else in at times is really bad. As I'm typing this he has proved my point exactly

If we don't win this the players who've missed good chances need to do a bit more shooting practice...
