I read a review today and they recommended getting the audio version ready mortimer as it works well with him doing the voices etc
 
I’ve got it on my Xmas list so don’t give away the ending!! 🤓

But you miss out on all of the lovely photographs if you just buy the audio version.
 
The print copy is on my list for Santa (I hope I've been nice!)
I'm getting the audiobook in a few days when my next Audible credit comes around.

Fine. I'll edit this even though they weren't my scans in case some of you sods want to use that against me. Was just trying to do you lot a favour. I won't be doing that again.

Thanks Bumface, could you post say 5 pages of the book per day. I reckon if I got a magnifying glass we could get through it all by Christmas.
I'd have to think of something else to put on my Xmas list though...

I've actually heard the opposite. That Bob isn't a great narrator and it spoils the experience a bit.
I did listen to a sample and can see where they are coming from tbh.
I was going to get the audible version but now I'm conflicted.
 
I'm up to chapter 12 on audible just listening in the car. Did the free thing with my amazon prime. I like listening to Bob read it to me. Enjoying it very much so far
