We got it for 16m second hand. Was is £15-18m? My memory is failing me.
Dirt cheap.
The Everton stadium is costing £500m
As I said above, if my memory serves me well, it was going to be built elsewhere but the company run into financial difficulties.Second hand eh???
what goes that even mean
so we got someone elses stadium?!?! hahahaAs I said above, if my memory serves me well, it was going to be built elsewhere but the company run into financial difficulties.
I might be wrong about this - I'm at an age where I don't know why I have gone upstairs and have a pee because I'm up there.so we got someone elses stadium?!?! hahaha

At least you're not at an age where you forget to go to the toilet before you have said pee NC!I might be wrong about this - I'm at an age where I don't know why I have gone upstairs and have a pee because I'm up there.
They used our plans so not similar identical with a few subtle differences but it was our blue print.Derby is very similar, but not the others mentioned, other than they look like modern stadia.
As I said above, if my memory serves me well, it was going to be built elsewhere but the company run into financial difficulties.
I think you have misread what I have said or I haven't made myself clear. I seem to remember that the steel had already been fabricated for a build elsewhere and this build fell through to financial issues.I thought Taylor Woodrow were the chosen partners? the only other site mentioned was near the Newport Bridge but access was always going to be an issue so Middlehaven Docks it was.
The original drawings for the stadium were different a 42000 seater stadium but it was revised
