just to add a bit of UK perspective - according www.gov.uk with MHRA - Yellow Card reporting there's been 1517 deaths attributed to the vaccine and 1,102,228 reports of adverse reactions to the vaccine.

I know that my mothers problems with the vaccine wasn't yellow carded so the figure would be a +1 if she had reported it.

I used the yellow card reporting system last week to report a sudden case of dizzyness after my second injection which lasted until I went to sleep the same day. If my report helps them tweak the vaccine so others don't experience symptoms or the worst, death, them it's a good thing.

I had a quick look but it's hard to find data. It seems a statically extremely low number though.

Maybe we should start injecting anti vaxxers with smallpox to prove a point? :eek:

Steve this is a graph based on COVID (the last column) and FLU vaccinations for the over 65s - please see the full description at the top

I'm not sure how those figures compare with previous years with regards death.

The graph is a good indication of complications that are not getting reported back to us.

General data is here - I just expressed the deaths figure supplied by tmcah as a % of the total vaccines on the same date - yes it is a very low figure.

Where's the data from?

It is suggesting that there have been 18 deaths of over 65's per million doses administered?? Is that total doses or only doses to over 65's? Or am I reading it wrong?

It looks that way. The comparison is really against previous vaccinations which is what you asked about

The figure is the number of deaths following a vaccine (not caused by the vaccine). The rate is falling all the time as younger people get vaccinated. The figure is much lower than you'd statistically expect for the age group vaccinated and the timeframe around the vaccination period. Believe it or not, old people quite often die every day.

The majority of deaths in 2020 were primarily older people dying and nothing to do with covid. No one said anything other than that. Also covid killed large numbers of people in 20220 and 2021. Someone on this thread seems to want to say the vaccine is killing large numbers of people. It isn't.

The cyan bars are non-covid deaths over the last 18 months. This data is available to see on a weekly basis.

Nothing to do with covid?

Come on bear. Either covid killed them, they died of complications of everywhere been shut down because of covid or they passed naturally. To say the majority had nothing to do with covid is a lie.

The cyan bars are people who did not die of covid. They were the majority of deaths last year and this.

It says "Deaths not involving Covid-19" on the graph. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.
