Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet but he's coming back on Saturday for his first appearance against us since leaving!
Tainted his legacy here by refusing to play after project restart!
What a player he was though, one of the best bargains in modern Boro history

Excellent signing, everything put in place by Mogga brought in under Venus, scored on his debut at home to Doncaster

Loved Dani, was never the same though after the game at Blackpool beach, don’t think he ever played again for us in February/March after that

He was great for us, it really is a shame how it ended.

I'll be applauding him when his name is read out.

7 seasons service (with a number of injuries). Not fussed about him particularly given his behaviour at the End of his tenure. Engineered his departure with a string of agents wafting through Rockcliffe looking to get him out. When we needed him he wasn’t interested. So won’t get any applause from me.

Yeah the end of his time here tainted his reputation. There was also the time he was 'injured' but Aitor said the medical staff could not find any evidence of this (or something to that effect). Overall though he was excellent for us definitely one of the best CB's we've had in the last 30 years.

In the last 30 years since 1990 he wouldn’t feature in the top 5 IMO

Southgate
Festa
Pearson
Ehiogu
Cooper
Riggott

Certainly no applause from me, few good seasons under karanka but looked pretty average under every other manager. Had half of the year off “injured” then walked away when the club was in the worst position of its recent history.
Just pleased that despite thinking he would get a big move he’s ended up at another mid table championship side
