Team Sky

Totally expected , sadly the way we dominated for years was all too suspicious .......no one could get near literally every British rider, 30 sachets is not just a one time use !!!!

Sadly a lot of British cyclists will be guilty by implication. I do hope they weed out those who were involved and allow those who won medals and races legitimately to retain their reputation.

The Lance Armstrong doc on Sky is an interesting watch, its warts and all and lays bare the EPO usage by professional cyclists. According to the documentary, the difference in the best and worst in the TDF field was around 2% and EPO usage can improve a riders time by 10% - its no surprise then that so many cyclists use it.

Team SKY aren't/weren't the exception, that's for sure.

But they had nice pillows - surely that explains it?

Yet more controversy in cycling - can we belive any sporting achievements that we ever see?

Not sure this is the scandal it appears to be - a doctor got done for order testosterone gel. I don't think that shows a massive doping programme. We don't even know the alleged rider. TBH I think it's a bit reckless for the tribunal to be revealing this without some sort of collaboration with UKAD.

30 sachets ordered to National cycling centre.!!!! said he flushed them down loo ;)....how many were sent elsewhere ? sad as it is it we are in deep & appear to be getting caught All the ex Sky riders banned over years is not a co-incidence sad but marginal gains was a bluff .....we knew how to avoid .....& were good using TUE;s

When you say all the ex Sky riders being banned how many? Sioutsu and Tierman- Locke I can think of but who else?

Are we sure it wasn’t just a big inhaler for Bradleys asthma?

Interestingly a large percentage of the Liverpool squad also suffer from asthma.

I'm not sure we can. Pogacar steaming up the Planche des Belles Filles was staggering and...unbelievable. Literally. You just have to watch everything with a caveat.

I don’t see how they could possibly clean up cycling or make the public believe doping is anything other than the norm in the sport. It would take a huge amount of testing and therefore funding. You would have to test every rider daily over a period of months. Maybe even multiple times each day. It would be interesting to see just how much the times dropped off if it was cleaned up.

If it is as widespread as people fear then hundreds of people would have to be in on it across the sport and across teams. All it would take is one or two whistleblowers and the sport’s credibility would be in ruins.

As it is I don’t believe it is a widespread problem. I am not saying it doesn't go on but I refuse to believe its a massive scandal.

If it is then it would be the biggest cover up and conspiracy in sport.
