The good thing about Spanish is that there are not that many words that are pronounced differently from the way they are spelt. Generally every letter has a standard way of being pronounced. Also where to place the stress on words is helped by special versions of characters e. g é.
If you are typing a lot in Spanish it might be worth getting a Spanish keyboard and setting up Spanish on your laptop/PC. I have used a Spanish keyboard for years now. So I would struggle with an English one.
It is relatively easy to switch between keyboards/languages on a PC.
