Is the £750m a part payment, a pro rata payment, what does it represent?

They should have postponed every league as they have done the bottom tier because in their eyes, those don't matter, with no date of return to match action that way when the uncertainty has lifted & we can go out & about then resume with this seasons remaining fixturesI assume there are contractual reasons, but I don't understand why they need to pick an arbitrary date? Why not just say postponed until we are advised it is safe to resume?
I agree with all of that, unfortunately. They should have postponed every league as they have done the bottom tier because in their eyes, those don't matter, with no date of return to match action that way when the uncertainty has lifted & we can go out & about then resume with this seasons remaining fixtures
Do the governing body actually think that when we are all able to go about our business it will coincide with the start of the new season
Football will not start this year
