How has your diet changed? Sounds like you might be working out at too high of a calorie deficit? I'm no scientist, just going of similar experiences. There's eating well and there's eating right.. if you know what I mean.Bump

The change from ‘eating poorly‘ to ‘eating well‘ it sounds like a calorific deficit. Anxiety and stress will obviously make you feel worse.. have you thought have adding a some meditation/breathing into your workout routine? a 9km wall can take it out of you, a decrease in the amount of sugar you are putting into your body alcohol/caffeine/nicotine withdrawals have the same effect.Hi newy
My diet hasn't changed (during the day) from when I felt good after working out to when I started feeling terrible. Like I say though, my mental health has declined over the course of the year so it could be that my body is exhausted from the anxiety/stress/overthinking/OCD. But I also get health anxiety too, so I'm concerned that there's something seriously physically wrong with me. I haven't tried a workout in a while now because I'm so wary of feeling worse afterwards. I even felt like it after a (9km) walk with my mate a couple of weeks back.
