The tablets aren't for sleeping...they are for the sickness/nausea which went straight away...still awake thoughTablets don't help me.....
That’s me at the minute too, Harry.I've always been a bad sleeper. 3-4 in the morning is my prime time for waking, usually coming back to bed about 6, then an hour's sleep and up for the day. I learned to accept it years ago as part of who I am.
...Next doors kids are banging like hell, if it wasn’t for them I’d be sound asleep still
Why does it always happen like this? You've had barely any sleep all night yet 10 minutes before the alarm goes off fall into a deep sleep.I'm in a bad cycle of sleep at the moment. I seem to be waking up at 3 every morning and then dropping off for an hour or so, before getting up.
I've been here before and it takes its toll in the end.
Son was asking about this as he seems to be having a bad time of sleeping of late. I don't know all the ins and outs - is there a recommended dosage and possibly brand you know of that I could pass on for him?I was sceptical about trying CBD oil but have to say it's been as good as all the reviews, I still wake up earlier than I'd like but I never struggle to get to sleep now.
Great if you don't disturb the SO but hard to do if they wake because of your nocturnal habitsThere is research on sleeping patterns that suggests that sleeping for a straight seven/eight hours is actually just a modern construct/expectation. Many people thrive on a split sleep pattern, sleep for four hours, wake up, do a bit of reading, cup of tea perhaps, piddle and then have another sleep for three/four hours. Don't beat yourself up about it and let your body find its own rhythm. I often wake in the night and listen to a bit of spoken word audio (podcast/radio/audiobook) and then go back to sleep.
