Renewal Announcement - 30th March Deadline

The club have effectively doubled down.

The communication of the original EB renewal was pathetic.
Contemptuously bad.

This blurted amendment alleviates only one of a large number of objections from supporters - and by 2 weeks.

Bausor wants his **** kicking around the stadium for this.
The Pricing policy will be Gibson's, but the adminstration and comms of it is Bausor's.
 
According to their official response, it is the 30th of March and not the 31st. I know the 31st is a Sunday but a lot of people will not get paid officially until Monday 1st April. A lot of companies tend to pay their employees the day before or the Friday if payday falls on the weekend but I bet there are a lot of families with one eye watching to see if their wages have gone in before committing.

Other than it being April Fools Day, what difference would the 1st of April make to the deadline?


In response to concerns expressed by a number of our supporter groups, including Rob Nichols of Fly Me To The Moon, we have reviewed our Early Bird Season Ticket deadline, and opted to extend by a further 15 days, up to and including Saturday 30 March.​

Having the said that, I don't normally buy into conspiracy theories but I wouldn't be surprised this was planned all along to make it look like they are being positive / take attention away from the price rises.

Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
 
Also in response to further discussions with supporter groups, it’s worth noting that the percentage increase on Season Tickets will be largely offset by the increase the club faces in both the National Minimum Wage and in Business Rates.

So shaft the season ticket holders then with the offset ... how about putting another fiver on a replica shirt, or 50p on a pint, a pie or burger or bottle of pop over the course of the season? (I guess they are all optional purchases)

EDIT or the crazy prices they charge for matchday hospitality those clientel won't miss another tenner
