Chelseas 3rd team would get in our first team. We had a go and it didn't work, take it as a learning curve. What do you expect when we have lots of injuries and some players away on international duty?
 
All the neutrals were supporting us from what I have seen on Facebook. Not just because we are the underdogs. It’s a universal hatred of Chelsea, their obscene wealth, their thuggish following and arrogance beyond belief. I would rather follow a club supported by local fans, not tourists, whose money we know was legally obtained, and one that the rest of the football fan base have more respect for.
 
Funny how Clarke and almost all of our players are ***** now isn’t it? They were quality a couple of weeks ago.

What happened?

Some of you need a massive dose of perspective. They’re a quality outfit, whatever you think of them. We’re a depleted squad doing the best we can.

Too many basic mistakes. Clarke slow to get over to Sterling when he went past Engel, Clarke's poor pass out of the back, Hackney's poor pass to Barlaser.
 
Playing out from the back all the time against Chelsea ain't like playing Rotherham or Huddersfield.
Oh dear.
 
I can take getting beat. What I find difficult is some posters berating our players when they are playing against much better opposition.

It's churlish and I hope to god none of them look at this match thread tomorrow.

Howson, barlaser, Clarke, Hackney, crooks and rogers have all had accusations thrown at them. Let's not descend into this. We are disappointed but let's be grown up about it.
 
No matter how much their squad cost and the stature of their players, I don’t think you can deny that we were just awful in that half. Tactically all over the place, basic errors at the back and no real game plan when we have the ball.

Really, really poor half.
