I think man u pumped Arsenal about 7-2.

I cant remember a 6-3.

So the answer is the only unique result not to have occurred under 10 goals. Every other combination under 10 has happened.

The unique lowest that has never happened adds up to 9. Well according to that link that was put up earlier in the thread.
