Reputation of man utd

The rot was setting in years ago when they tried to spend their way out of impending mediocrity and stuffed their squad with above average players on Ballon d'or candidate wages. How can you generate hunger when doing nothing pays well and few players are bought who actually come in and make a position their own with consistently good performances?

They were an unstoppable machine during my formative years but now just seem to spend outrageous transfer sums on players who aren't being chased by Europe's elite. Like an executive version of us desperately bidding against absolutely nobody for Fletcher and wasting a lot of cash.

Don't think you can blame the club,for personal domestic issues amongst their players, that could happen at any club at anytime.
Could have been us, had a Mr Johnson been playing for us in 2016.
As for Sancho training by himself, again that's happened at loads of clubs, where players have discipline/attitude issues, and players told to stay away from the 1st team squad.

If Sancho has an attitude problem, then what is the club supposed to do? give him a cuddle and say its ok to do what you want?

How much is Sancho on? plus the 73M transfer,fee waisted, i'm sure Man Utd would rather have a player trying in training, and wanting to prove a point and break into the 1st team, instead of a snowflake attitude and playing the "poor me card "
When playing for Dortmund, he was sent to train with the reserves because of his constantly turning up late, and his general attitude, again that's not Dortmund's fault.
Players spitting dummies out , and not trying for their clubs happens everywhere, we've had a few here Mido, Yak, Andy Payton to name three,...
 
Whilst playing for us we've had a woman beating drunk driving fraudster, another wife beater, a drug cheat, a player who assaults supporters, a pedophile, a **** fighting magnate, someone who spent three years in jail after they killed a teenager in a car crash and Martin braithwaite.

They have splashed lots of big money on players, thinking it will bring them success, just like some people are demanding SG should do, it hasn't done much for man u, although people think it will work for boro.

People expect other people to spend and speculate with their money whilst also expecting that they themselves pay less for the priviledge.
 
They’re a shower of sh*te, on and off the field. People in the media were raving about them winning a League Cup last season but their run was Villa, Burnley, Charlton and Forest. They were humiliated in Sevilla and were completely outplayed by Brighton in the FA Cup semi final and needed penalties to beat them. Rashford’s run of goalscoring papered over a lot of the cracks in the middle third of last season IMO.

They’re a million miles away from Manchester City and Arsenal.

I love it. I hope they lose every game and get relegated, get relegated again, and then again. I absolutely loathe them.
 
It's impossible for the club to have foresight regarding Anthony. In fact, Ten Hag knew him from Ajax and brought him to England so must have considered him good for the club. Greenwood was at Man United from 7 so impossible to blame the club again.

Sancho is definitely a strange one though.

I don't think a single one of these things happened whilst they were playing for us?

Half of them actually happened after they left.

Bar Martin Braithwaite, of course.

Marlon King thing happened before he played for us, and the wife beating I'm assuming he's talking about the Darren Randolph rumours which happened as he left us.
