Yep, really strong top order and excellent bowling attack. Think I did a combined 11 before the series with number of Aussies edging it (just). Would probably need a rethink now.

With the bat it's probably only root (and potentially JB?) who get in their side?

With the ball, I think broad gets a sniff (on current form) but that's it I think.

He is a very good batsman, but for me will be remembered as a cheating c*nt who as a captain took ball tampering too far (it's always gone on).

No clapping from me.

Smith's batting is there for everyone to see and witness.

But he certainly won't be respected by the majority of fans. Nor does he deserve respect.

That ship sailed the moment he cheated as team captain.

Something I picked up from an interview with Smith is that he said he doesn't actually like watching cricket, only playing it. So I am not sure how much respect he has from the game, maybe explains his cheating.
