So haf he been charged with manslaughter in the hours afterwards?
Surely some sort of investigation / report would need to be conducted first? It could have been a mechanical failure or some other freak circumstances?
Or does he have to be charged with something to be interviewed under caution?
Apologies, I don't know much about this sort of stuff, it just seems odd he was immediately charged.
If you reversed a school bus say, in a careless fashion and injured ten kids, then two unfortunately died. Would you immediately be charged with manslaughter or causing death by dangerous driving an hour later?
