If I was their keeper I would simply have dived to stop the shot, rather than complain about an injury your own dirty player inflicted on himself.
 
What are they complaining about?! Their player was sat up on the turf. No head injury. Absolutely no reason for the ref to stop play. Although given his incompetence so far, I'm surprised he didn't cave in to them.
