A litter-picking century has earned golden recognition for two Middlesbrough youngsters.
Leah and Asher Kamanga picked up a Gold Litter Pick award from the Friends of Linthorpe for completing 20 litter picks with the group.
The pair - with help from mum Christa - reached the milestone after filling more than 100 bags of rubbish.
They have completed litter picks all over Linthorpe, from the Cemetery and Nature Reserve to Eastbourne Road shops.
The pair are members of 15th St Barnabas Scouts and are excited to share their achievements with their troop.
Linthorpe ward Councillor Philippa Storey said: "Litter blights communities, but local heroes like Leah and Asher are really helping to turn the tide.
"Their amazing efforts fully deserve a Gold Litter Pick award, and they can be justly proud of themselves."
