To me the language doesn't sound like that of a 12 year old unless he's been coached to it, the come round dressed as a ghost seems quite subtle and the use of c00n in the image doesn't seem like an age relevant insult to me.

Probably wrong like. Hope there aren't any black kids in his school, as a first year senior he may be in for a rough couple of years.

Did wonder this yesterday I have to say. That horrible term 'coon' comes from a different era too so I would hazard a guess that someone older in his family have used it in front of him. Still can't get my head around a 12 year old doing this, but I guess I'm naive at the ways of the world.

All prejudice is wrong of course, but black people are systematically disadvantaged because of it. White people aren't.

Just picking this up - what do you mean by "racism only goes 1 way?" "What is 1 sided racism" And how can you write "I don't condone.. BUT - how can there be a BUT to this disgraceful, racist hate attacker? I might not quite understand what you are saying here, so please do put me straight about this.
 
I'd hazard a guess that given the images and the language used this is something that's been picked up online at e.g. 4chan

I'd hope it's just the actions of a kid doing something outrageous for attention and that the parents will be as appalled as everyone else.

If this is a part of the lad's normal life then the country is in a worse state than I imagined.
