Well we don't have a window cleaner so I did that yesterday, then the kitchen floor while Mrs Fufkin hoovered and stuff. I cleaned the toilets too. We've saved upstairs for today or during the week, it feels like you've got to ration tasks so you don't run out of stuff to do! It's actually easier during the week because we're still WFH. she's co-ordinating nurses retraining and returning for the trust so is really busy, but my work is going to dry up in the next couple of weeks I fear

I washed the cushion covers yesterday and highlight of day was when parcelforce dropped off my new jetwash ( Monday project ) . It was like the handing over of uranium between the superpowers during the Cold War. We had a neutral zone between us and both looked like we were on the moon suspicious that one was gonna kill the other

Also the roles have been reversed at home. Whereas was working 12 hour shifts in the kitchen at work and the missus did part time work and looked after the kids. Now she's basically full time and I'm basically a single parent more or less but with nothing to entertain the kids with like we usually would doing outdoorsy stuff.

Definitely an eye opener.

Have read the labels on most of the foodstuffs - throwing at least 7 items out that were long expired.
I had no idea we had half of this crap, and certainly none that we'd had so long it expired - one was November 2017

For eg a full page by Waldamar Januszczak on Titian’s masterly Poesies united for the first time at the National Gallery. A display by the way we can’t visit because the National Gallery is shut until at least the 4th May.
