Or indeed Millwall.Along with us.

I said more likely to rest players not definitely.Sorry, but if I was a footballer, I’d be raging if I was in the main team and was dropped in an FA Cup semi final because of a potential promotion fixture.
An FA Cup Semi-Final for some of these players is a once in a lifetime opportunity and they may not get that chance again.
If our manager was throwing an FA Cup Semi to prioritise a home league game 3 days later, then I’d be boiling.
It wasn't that he wasn't physical enough. I used to be annoyed that he refused to track runners, to even just get goalside and be an extra blocker.I remember those games. When Hackney and Morris couldn't cope with the opposition tactics and we had nobody to strengthen the midfield, we blamed a forward because he wasn't physical enough?
Of that window, Strelec And if you carry over whatever was leftover to January, Castledine, Munroe and Sarmiento. Not necessarily, who would we have had to miss out on acquiring had we not had the cash for Finn?
I’ll tell you what as well; S.Charles is key for Southampton in the midfield; he had a hamstring issue when we played them last and he is due another (!) so let’s hope for that and they fall apart but still very beatable with him in the side…I watched the game last night and although Wrexham were awful. Their defending was rank bad, seriously bad, however, they missed a glorious chance to make it 2-2....if that goes in, then the whole game changes.
Southampton are clearly on a fantastic run and are full of confidence, but they're not this super machine that is unbeatable. They have their frailties...the same frailties we exposed with ease in that home fixture we had against them. Yes we rode our luck, in that first half, but that second half, as soon as the first goal went in, we ripped them to shreds.
There's no reason why we couldn't do it again.
I don't believe Saint's will get 2nd...they may finish 4th and jump Millwall, but I can't see them going 6/6 wins to clinch 2nd on 84pts.
The schedule should be too tough for them.
Britt used to bag loads against $hit teams too.I never understood the criticism even at the time, but I think it's shown up a lot of the sneering towards him "only scoring against lower, poor teams" when he was here and after he left that a lot of people liked to say on here, looking at the list of teams we've failed to beat over the last 10 games.

A bit like vinny jr for Real. Finn seemed to think that defending was for others.
No skill involved in running.he was almost certainly playing to tactics though and at the end of the day defending is not his skill set
We should have re-signed Britt???? Has it really got that bad?Br

We should have re-signed him in Jan, he'd have cost peanuts comparatively and we'd have been practically home and hosed by now. Always had a smile on his face too, imagine him beaming from ear to ear when we went up. Or indeed even if we didn't.![]()
