Yes 100%.

Is there a reason for your question Rob?

Edit, just read the West Ham thread.

I must have been a kid the last time i bought a football shirt but I probably would be more interested/inclined to buy the current one (or one of the designs with a band) if it didn't have a sponsor.

I would absolutely. I definitely won't be with that logo on it. I know there will be others who want the sponsor so a choice of either makes sense.
Some sponsors may be less preferred by many, particularly gambling firms, but they seem to be the ones most keen to splash the cash, presumably in the interest of the fans.

Agree completely. It seems to be the 18+ sponsors i.e. gambling, alcohol, pawn shops that causes the most consternation. For me, anything that can't be put on a kids kit should be given the option of not being on the adult kit.

If you notice, the majority of elite clubs don't have them. They have the money and clout to avoid them, in other words, where the ambitious mid-market clubs chase the highest buck.

Has anybody got kids? They soon jump into Small, Medium at secondary school!! Plenty of 16year olds wearing Large, Extra Large and XXL - dunno what they feed some of them!

I blame Nando’s

That is true of course. But do those objecting actually buy the shirts every season?
