I probably am, for 20 odd years I would have cheese sandwhiches for work, when I dont cycle to work, I drive one way to work & another home, everyday at work at 10 I had to have my toast with marmalade on & a cuppa tea, which i since stopped, when I go to the Riverside I park in the same place just before the tranny, strange isn it

Norfolk how are your son & daughter coping working in their respective hospitals, my daughter is remarkably ok with it, me on the other hand :(

Both good and thanks for asking, glad your daughter is coping also. They seem to take in in their stride unlike us who it panics the shoite out of. Obviously where they work there is no chance of seeing them or the nippers but thanks to technology we keep in touch regularly. Our concern is when it all comes to end we may get 5 Grand daughters abandoned on the door step lol:unsure:(y):giggle:

Not at all regimental, absolutely hate repetition so try to mix everything up as much as possible within the boundaries of the required work routines etc

As an international man of mystery, no set routine here Erimus74. Why only yesterday I walked anti-clockwise on my permitted exercise via a circular walk, just to throw caution to the wind. Additionally, to mix it up a little, I had a cup of green tea on my return instead of the usual brew. Today, I may even sit in the garden with a latte.

I may use it as an opportunity to lie in wait for the neighbours cat, dare it yet again try risking it’s evening stroll through the garden, which it has seemingly recently decided to think it has an automatic right of way through, defecating if it pleases, a bit like some louts do on a sink estate I know of. I will arm myself tonight, my supersoaker will be primed, ready for action. As you can see, I like to live life on the edge, Erimus74

You certainly are mate

I forgot to add in my OP, that when I go for my 5 Mike walk, which I've done for a number of years, I always take the same route 😔
