Maintaining the status quo is something you appear to be happy with from reading your posts.
I'm using "benefit" as an antonym to "detriment". I can logically assume, from your posts, that a change to the status quo based on the suggestions I (and others) have proposed would be detrimental to you in some way.
Therefore maintaining the status quo is beneficial. It's not a value judgement just an observation.

You benefit from the status quo. Not a benefit derived from the status quo but the status quo itself.What is it that I so obviously benefit from and whch you do also, that means I desire to maintain the status-quo in order to retain that benefit yet you wish to champion actual change so that we both lose the same benefit?
