I find it very strange how these types of cases are reported in the media. the articles before the trial are full of quotes from the alleged victim. The quotes are repeated about 3 times throughout the article. Why are quotes like this allowed to be published while a trial is ongoing.
Then you get a not guilty verdict and the news sites publish about 2 paragraphs with no detail what so ever.
It's never balanced and could easily ruin the lads career which ever way the verdict goes. Hopefully he can get back on track i thought he looked decent in pre-season friendlies.
