Will there be any friendly matches before the season kicks off again?

Will teams In the Prem and Championship be arranging friendly matches, prior to the season resuming as they do pre-season to sharpen match fitness?

I would have thought that they’d be going straight into the season given the protocols in place to get the games played involving testing etc I can’t see non competitive games meeting that remit.
