Who still has their original username from the old board?

I dropped the ‘provider’ part from the old board. Was too long winded at login. I had a name I lurked under prior to that, when I was probably 15-20 years younger, but forgot the login details and lost the linked email account so re-registered probably about 10 years ago
 
Posted under my real name on the original board for many years, then switched to Humpty and stuck with it.
 
I was The New Gazza for a brief period on the old board and the old MFC forum, but think I have had this name for many years now

Mmmm strange question.
People are occasionally controversial, Nasty in responses and maybe say things they regret.
Bang ! You are banned....so you wait a bit cos you are peeved, then you crawl back and reinvent yourself with another username.
I guess those that have had the same username for up to a decade fall into the category as middle of the road, non controversial or just plain boring.
If a commenter doesn't stir up interest or feelings controversial or otherwise why bother.
Unless its to curry favour with other ‘old pals’ board members.
 
Registered in 2002 (I think) and defo the same name.

I was on a MFC discussion board for fans in early 2001, calling for Robbo to go. MFC soon after shut it down.

Go back to the late 1990s I think there was some Boro discussion board set up by Tim Lloyd who I believe was based in Hong Kong and I may have posted on there. It was publicised in the print copy of FMTTM. I had been using the Internet since January 1996 when I registered for educational discussion boards for my previous job. No broadband then, everything was slow, unpredictable, only 4 users allowed at the same time where I worked and there were 200 staff. I knew it was the future the first day I tried it.

I've been the same user for about 10 years now, solely lurking at first then quite active on the old board, then just never bothered. Recently re-joined the new board and check in every few days, but don't tend to contribute too much these days
 
Ive changed mine from xxxl shirts since i lost weight....

no, i was always xxlshirts but originally i was "usedtobesteviehamer" as my old name on the old official boro forum was just my name... but i lost log in details for that one...
