Who NOT to vote for

Labour... they have done nothing for Teesside for generations

Unfortunately the Tories have played a blinder locally - very little choice

Just bought 2 tickets for his sept gig at Newcastle. Looking forward to it I’m sure they’ll be plenty of new material!

I saw him a couple of years back he had a good go at all of them whilst really hammering the Tories and was very funny. I just hope he still does that and hasn't fallen for just going after Boris.

Like I said... in my 30 years Labour have done nothing for Teesside - they were in power from 1997 until 2010 .... like it or not at least the Tories have bothered - time will tell how well that pans out
Oh yes, they've stood over while the steelworks closed, have seen over the emptying of the chemical sites, made sure offshore orders go elsewhere.

Yes, they've bothered alright

Oh, and they fcuked up your education

Yeah the education was pretty bad under Labour... and let's not forget "Tuition fees were first introduced across the entire United Kingdom in September 1998 under the Labour government of Tony Blair" - so yeah you have a point

Labour have spent pretty much their entire time in government over the last 30 years rebuilding the national infrastructure the Tories run into the ground when in power.

If basic things like that don't matter to you then you clearly were not schooled in a freezing outbuilding while having 1 knackered text book between 5 kids.

I went to school in the 90s and 00s - not the 1940s

I was a school governor in the 90s, the schools were in a desperate situation by the middle of the decade. As much as I have little time for Blair and Co they improved schools funding and allowed us to develop what we could offer the kids in both schools I was involved with.

You have to look at history to understand what the Tories are capable of and where they want us to return to. The privatisation of the NHS is their next big move that you'll say fcuk all about. It will be gone while you're still blaming the parties out of power for the state of the country.
