Which computer game did you waste your youth on?

Very rarely got into any sort of computer games, apart from the retro table tennis ping pong game

Up to the age of 10 it was all about the NES/Megadrive

Golden Axe
Streets of Rage

Then the Playstation arrived and it was

Resident Evil
Grand Turismo
Doom
Tony Hawk
Tekken

Now i spend some time on ps4 but not much, most recently playing Far Cry 5 which is helping to pass some hours.

Too many games on Atari and Amiga. I gave them as gifts to my nieces and nephews. Then got them for myself as well. When I was a younger adult.

World of Warcraft.
I was obsessed with it as a teenager, basically spent all my time outside of school on it.
Played it for 5 years, and in that time managed 2 years of play time.

Seems mad now.

I had a Sinclair Spectrum in 1983 - remember loading up games on cassette tapes and cassette recorder and your TV- still got it, but never used since 1984.

I got the Tennis game for Xmas present in 1977 - I think it was made by Atari who know one had heard of then. The game was fun for a few weeks

When I used to go to pubs aged 16-19 Space Invaders was big. The col version was the table top version that you played sitting down.

Ha ha we played footy (obviously) built bogies out of old pram wheels an lumps of wood, made Tarzan swings over becks , rolled down banks, rode our bikes (everywhere) and generally got mucky Halcyon days
