Where will you be watching the first leg?

By a bizzare twist of fate I am in Coventry this weekend. Seeing Selecter and then visiting the 2 tone Village. So probably keeping my head down.

I'm working a long day this Saturday so I am usually shattered come Sunday, I might just reach out from my bed and watch it on a dodgy stream on one of my Boro sites on my mobile. The only problem with this is whenever I do this we always concede a goal, so I have a irrational thought that I'm a jinx.

In bed as I'm coming off a night shift. Hopefully get a few hours kip then up to watch the game. Hopefully the Mrs will bring me breakfast in bed (and a can or two to settle the nerves).

I'm on nights Saturday, Sunday and Monday so I'm probably going to record it and watch it when I get up on the evening.

Could try and force myself to stay awake to watch it but then I might only get a few hours kip in before going back on nights.
Sensible, but no chance of happening, get real!

Either with my in-laws (from Boro but not football fans) or at my mate's house who's a Coventry fan. Not sure which is worse!

I think watching a big game with non football fans is horrible.

It's OK if you're winning but if losing and all the 'it's only a game and eh aren't the other team playing well' makes me incredibly annoyed.

I suppose it highlights that this huge part of your life is in effect pretty meaningless to the vast majority of society.

Just hope the Eurovision party the night before doesn’t have any lingering effects in the morning, that could be the deciding factor between home or pub.

Pub in Lincoln

Return leg will be tricky - clashes ith Citeh v Real Madrid. The natives will get asrey

Sports bar in Nottingham, had season ticket since 1995 unfortunately couldn’t get away ticket today so will be having a few beers, UP THE BORO 👍⚽🍺🍺
